We’ve been talking about how EVERYBODY knows how to DIET but NOBODY knows how to EAT. Well a part of learning how to eat is learning how to shop for your foods. In our industry it is important that we are offering as many opportunities for people to learn so they can thrive. We have a lot of boot camps and fitness classes going on which is great. But we are lacking in the area of nutritional counseling and education. So instead complaining about it myself and are going to take it into our own hands to give the people what they need. Here is a clip of our grocery store tutorial we did last weekend.
