RPM Handy Pros

RPM Handy Pros is a highly reputable handyman service in the area of Atlanta. We service high-profile clients. We are looking to hire two to four professionals that highly skilled in residential and commercial repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Repair major and minor issues
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Work within an app to upload pictures and notes
- Travel within a designated work zone (Usually within 25 miles but can vary with work assignments)
- Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
- Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- General knowledge of home repair and maintenance
- Ability to make decisions and communicate with management when needed
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to use an app and input notes and pictures in a detailed manner (This will be taught in an over the phone training after you are hired)

Specific qualifications for the role include:

- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own truck or van
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of the North & East Metro Atlanta Area
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
