Following our reactivation of development, Regency Airways has been given fresh branding and as a result, is now simply known as Regency. With that, new liveries are on the way to support our fresh direction and to also reflect in the changes in available aircraft over the years. Gone will be support for the NGX and Aerosoft A32X. In their place will be the NGXu and the FSlabs A32X. You can also expect the 787 -8, -9, and -10 make their entry into service along with the 747-8 and CRJ-800.
Stay tuned for more developments.

The Quality Wings 787-10 is now available as a free upgrade via SP2 and will be provided as part of the addon at no extra cost for new users! As you know, the 787 will be operating on the bulk of our flagship service and the -10 will feature our first-class operations to beautiful destinations around the world. I look forward to getting all three 787 versions repainted and previewed for you potential virtual pilots to look at.
In other flight sim news, previews of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 have been popping up with another set due in a couple of days. The sim is gorgeous and an amazing step forward in sim technology allowing for more immersion and realism than ever before! Now we can truly see what the rest of the world looks like from the comfort of our own home thanks to satellite 3D scans and pictures covering over 2PB worth of information via Microsoft Azure, Real-world dynamic weather, a far more immersive flight model and countless more enhancements. All I can say is: Hold on to your butts, things are about to reach the next level and beyond!

Fleet Update:
This is more for the long-haul side of things, but the PMDG 777-200LR has been dropped. The 777-300ER will remain in the fleet. We are also looking into adding the TDS 737Max-8.
The Next Generation of Long Haul:
With the birth of the Boeing 747 came more affordable travel abroad. Suddenly, a trip on a jet to Paris was no longer just for the jet set, but available reasonably for the common man. From there markets expanded, destinations once unheard of were now available from your home town. We find ourselves now and another Long Haul revolution, however, we find that that this is not achieved by the largest and longest in the fleet, but rather by twin-engine economic marvels such as the 787, and A350. These two aircraft families alone are largely responsible for opening up new markets in China, and other regions throughout the world.
Now we see the market becoming even more concentrated. Narrow-body, highly efficient, long-range aircraft are making their way into the aviation world. The Airbus A321XLR will move this section forward picking up were the ETOPS 737NG and 757 have left off, going further than before. Now small market long-hauls are more viable, more destinations available to the common man. The world grows smaller.
Regency will operate based on these new market ideals and we hope to offer to our virtual pilots micro destinations in the immediate future. Hold on to your seats!
