What a beautiful afternoon at “Beyond the Mirror “
My heart is full. Thank you to every incredible woman who showed up, shared your presence, your honesty, your laughter, and your light. Your support helped create a warm, intimate, powerful space of reflection, connection, and sisterhood.
There was beauty in the room, but even more beauty in the conversations.
Thank you for trusting me, supporting this vision, and helping make our first Beyond the Mirror experience such a success.
This was only the beginning… and I already can’t wait to do it again. Each gathering will bring a new conversation, a different topic, fresh voices, guest moderators, and a unique experience every time. No two sessions will be the same—because growth has many layers

This weekend my chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. MECCA CHAPTER held our annual scholarship fundraiser. We awarded eight (8) scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each, to the graduating seniors in our Little Ladies of MECCA mentoring program. It was a beautiful a beautiful event

The “Audacious” Women’s Empowerment Brunch hosted by Marty MacDonald and Mayor Bianca was powerful.

When asked what negative belief still shows up for us, I had to admit mine is the feeling of being unseen in spaces where I know I’m called to contribute.

This day reminded me that our voice, our story, and our presence matter. Sometimes the most audacious thing we can do is simply keep showing up.
