Recently the RLP crew has been in Charleston, SC working on an exciting project. South City Partners has contracted us to build a beautiful pool deck for student housing right downtown. This job is more challenging than most normal pool decks because of the type wood being used. Our skilled craftsmen are working an exotic wood from South American called Ipe; this wood is so strong that each and every hole has to be pre-drilled and we can only use stainless still hardware. Needless to say, not very many craftsman work with this wood and we are very proud to strut our stuff on this project (with more to come in the future)
