Today marks an important moment in the 108-year history of Selig Enterprises.

We are proud to share that Mindy Selig and Greg Lewis have been named Co-CEOs, effective January 1. Steve Selig, who has led the company for four decades, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.

This transition reflects the values that have guided our family business for four generations — integrity, long-term stewardship, community commitment, and a deep belief in doing what is right.

Steve Selig has guided Selig Enterprises through one of the most dynamic eras in Atlanta’s commercial real estate history. Under his leadership, the company has:

- Expanded and diversified its portfolio to more than 15 million sq ft across 250+ properties
- Developed transformative mixed-use destinations such as 12th & Midtown, 1105 West Peachtree, and The Works
- Championed civic and philanthropic partnerships that strengthened Atlanta
- Cultivated a high-performing team, preparing the company for its next
generation

Mindy and Greg have spent years preparing for this moment, serving in key leadership roles and earning the respect of partners across the region. Their shared vision, alignment, and commitment to the company’s core values ensure a strong and bright future.

Steve will continue to be actively involved as Chairman, offering guidance, insight, and steady stewardship as Selig Enterprises enters its next chapter.

This is a moment of continuity, excitement, and opportunity — and we look forward to the future ahead.

On Wednesdays We Wear Pink! During the month of October, Selig employees came together to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month with special activities and custom t-shirts created by the Cupid Committee. We support those affected by breast cancer and seek to raise awareness for a cause that touches so many.

Rhonda Spratt, a lease administrator at Selig also runs, Bella Luve’ Goes Pink, an organization she created to supporting women affected by breast cancer by providing comfort boxes. Bella Luve' Goes Pink was honored at the 3rd Annual Pink Pumpkin Party hosted by Chattahoochee Food Works. The event brought together survivors, advocates, and community members for meaningful conversations about breast health and early detection. Thank you to our Selig family who joined the event or contributed through donations.
