Love Pasta? Love Rice? Love Pizza? Don't be depressed that these favorites are on our "Foods to Avoid " list. You can enjoy these foods during your RESET MEAL… however...let's talk about healthy substitutes!
Pasta - zucchini noodles or noodles made from chickpeas or other beans that are high in protein and moderate in carbohydrates
Rice - cauliflower rice or quinoa
Pizza - cauliflower crust
