I'm attending and very much enjoying SuperCoach Academy which explores the power of thought on our human experience. So very important as I coach women on "How To Be Amazing At Any Age"
As has been said many times before, "I think, therefore I am"

One of the things I'm considering as I think about my 2016 "becomings' is where do I need support. This morning I saw this quote from Brene Brown as she described the course she is offering beginning next week "I want more courage and more connection in 2016 and I'm willing to invest the time and effort to make that happen. I'm ready to do the work, to learn something new, to challenge the old stories and I'm going to do it with a group of people who are also choosing to be brave with their lives". All of that resonated with me both from the perspective of my own life and from that of a coach as I support others.
