Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as our Executive Director, Neicy Cook, marks one year of leadership at Project Renewal.

Neicy, it has truly been an honor to work alongside you this past year. I have had the privilege of witnessing your leadership firsthand—not only in the office, but throughout our community. I’ve watched you serve clients with compassion, engage with community partners and stakeholders with professionalism, and never miss an opportunity to raise awareness about domestic violence and the services Project Renewal provides.

Whether setting up outreach tables at community events, connecting with the public, or even organizing and creating our holiday parade float and walking alongside our team, your passion for this mission shines through in everything you do. You lead with organization, accountability, professionalism, and genuine compassion, creating a positive impact on our staff, our agency, and the countless individuals and families we serve.
