French Empire Revival Sofa or Settee, Late 19th Century

A fine sofa in mahogany, elegantly curved with saber legs. Sophisticated 1950s upholstery in salmon features a Chinese motif embroidered in a deeper shade of salmon. Fabric remains in good condition with consistent color. Warm mahogany finish is lustrous by and beautiful.

Condition: very good vintage condition. Only light wear to frame and minor losses to embroidered pattern.
