I HATE 🤬🤯 MY JOB!!!! Is the first thing that comes to the average person who despises there job. Usually, this feeling comes on Sunday night and your thought process is trying to determine how you can quit your job and still receive a paycheck. Your daily morning commute to work seems like a short drive to the gateways of hell. ⠀

I’m here to tell you that I know that feeling all too well and the first key to overcome that feeling of lack of job satisfaction is to work on FINDING YOUR PURPOSE!!!⠀

Finding a career path is sometimes hard enough especially when you have a rising mound of bills, juggling a family, and trying to keep what is left of your sanity in tact all on a day-to-day basis. A career is a huge part of your life and when you constantly have to go to a job that you absolutely hate and feel undervalued, underpaid, unsatisfied, and unappreciated can have a huge impact on your overall outlook and attitude. ⠀

The best advice I can give you is “Get Out”. Now let me make myself clear absolutely in no way shape or form am I telling you to march into the office tomorrow and quit. What I am saying is start to carefully and rationally plan your exit strategy. ⠀

Note: You may have to stick it out in misery for a little longer while you put together your plan, but during this time, you should find motivation and peace in knowing that you are taking steps in the right direction of creating and defining your purpose. ⠀

I know that you may not want to read what I’m about to say next, but here it goes, “You may not see the reason why your are where you are now clearly, but you are there for some divine reason.” Whether it’s because you need to learn a new skill or tool for what you may come out of your purpose in the future, or because the current job you hate may give you the flexibility to work on your purpose. The point I’m trying to make is that everything happens for a reason, it is how we utilized the situation is what truly matters.
