RBC Run For God

The goal here is to spend at least 20 mins on your feet three times as week as we move towards a 5k in April. It's going to rain today and likely tomorrow so think about using a treadmill or adjusting your running/walking times to when it's dry outside. We are currently in Week 2 of the Couch To 5k Challenge. I will likely run tomorrow (Tues) evening in the rain but I don't expect you to. Just a heads up.
Rockdale Friends - Tuesday January 19th at 6 p.m. at the tennis courts on Parker Road. Group Run! I know it's dark. I also know it's cold but we have a 5k to train for in April.
