Critters Incarcerated

Stan passed away peacefully at 10:33 this morning, surrounded by loving family. He died as he has always lived-- in peace. Even in this experience he was humbly and quietly teaching us with his actions and his spirit--teaching us how to face death and how to fully trust in God. Stan loved this quote by Stuart Scott, "When you die, it does not mean that you lose to cancer, you beat cancer by how you live, why you live, and in the manner in which you live." We find great comfort in that he will have no more sickness, no pain, no suffering... just eternal joy forever. He loved each and every one of you. He would tell us how he would go through your comments and likes and try to think about something he knew about each person. I don't think we can express what your support meant to him, and us also. He was the most amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was always all about love. We will let you all know the arrangements as soon as we can.
