As a coach, I've learned that the best approach is to focus on 3 healthy changes at a time. By narrowing your focus, you give yourself the opportunity to truly integrate these changes into your daily life until they become second nature. Once these habits are firmly established, you can expand your repertoire and tackle new goals.
When working with my clients, I develop personalized plans that take into account their unique needs and preferences. We collaborate to identify three realistic habits that they can comfortably manage. These habits could include things like drinking more water, incorporating more vegetables into meals, or reducing processed snacks.
