Happy FriYaY Friend!!🎉💃 What a CRAZY🤪amazing week it has been! It’s turning out to be one of the best summers yet and we still have a whole month before we are back to school and our regular routine! I hope y’all had a fabulous💁🏻‍♀️week and an eve better weekend!😘

I couldn’t resist‼️ I took a PEAK Performance when I got home from at work at 5:30pm😱 I was expecting this jolt of energy, but instead I’ve noticed my vision is clearer, my mind is clear (that must be the brain fog) and I’m motived to do things. I’ve already done a load of laundry, cooked dinner, and worked out on the total gym. What?!?! Usually, I’m like “Oh, I should do laundry and I should work out”. But instead, I just sit on the couch... for the past 3 months I’ve been binge watching all 14 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy, if that tells you anything. 😬

Today was so different - I thought to myself I should go work out and the next thing you know I was going to do it!!! Jolene asked me to paint her nails and usually I would say “no, mommy is tired” not today, we had fun and painted her nails. I feel like I’ve missed so much because I’ve told the kids no, because I’m always tired. Well not anymore!

Brain fog is real and I can’t believe how it can steal your energy and motivation!! This PEAK Performance is LIFE changing!!
