Mark your calendars — the HOA is hosting a Pool Party and we’d love to see you there!

Location: Ivy Springs Pool
We’ll be grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs, so come hungry! Bring your swimsuits, towels, and whatever floats your boat — literally. It’s a great chance to relax, meet neighbors, and kick off summer together.

Marissa kominoth from North paulding high school going to young Harris college for Biology(Healthcare).
If you have been to the pool and notice excessive trash. We have been made aware of the situation and will work on cleaning in between our work schedules.
To the group of teenagers who trashed the pool area between the hours of 1 am and 4 am, we are working on identification and proper figures will be informed. The disrespect of the amenities that our community works hard to maintain has to be stopped.
