Six months in the making...

I started working with my client back in the summer while they were selling their home and trying to buy another at the same time.

We had their home on the market, received multiple offers over the months, and even went under contract on a home they loved early in the fall.

Then things fell apart.

The sale of their home did not go through, which meant we had to terminate their purchase. We regrouped, made changes to the marketing and exposure of their home, and found a new buyer.

And then it happened again... Just weeks before closing, the buyer for their home could not secure their financing.

At that point, it would have been easy to assume it was not meant to happen.

Instead, we stayed calm, evaluated every option, and kept communication open. With help from my lender partner, Lee Blodgett, we found a solution that allowed the purchase to move forward even without their home selling.

They closed. They got the house they loved. And after months of uncertainty, they finally had the keys to their new home.

Some homes are worth the struggle.
