This is actually very interesting and 7 out of 10 men I know have gone through this with their current gf or an ex. Without saying "men do it too..." think about it, have you ever done this?

Men marry for various reasons. But here are the top 5.
1. He believes he's supposed to get married based on a social construct that says he needs to marry in order to be complete. Or, "leveled up" by a woman."
2. He feels the pressure from his girlfriend and finally conforms.
3. He chose marriage before he entered into a relationship and only needs to meet the right woman.
4. He doesn't want anyone else to be with the woman he's currently with. So he "takes her off the market" by marrying her.
5. He's much older now, and comes to the conclusion that he "needs" a wife in his life—because he doesn't want to be alone.
#3 is where you will find the most loyal husbands.
Men that choose marriage before they enter into a relationship tend to be more loyal (during marriage) and decisive about choosing their bride to be.
Please understand, they might not want to marry [you]. This is often misconstrued as him not wanting to get married at all.
This is why you'll see a man stay in a relationship long term, and never get married (biding his time). Then, he moves on and he meets someone else and marries her within a much shorter amount of time than the relationship he was in prior.
This is why it is imperative to understand marriage goals and intentions in the beginning.
I believe in complete transparency from the gate. No more simple "flowing." Flowing with intention and purpose is the key.
That said, most of are familiar with career pathing. This is "Relationship-Pathing." A term I've coined that means following a more structured and chosen path towards marriage. Very similar to true courtship with a few updates for the modern world.
