💼 1099 Nurse & Case Manager Opportunities (HYBRID) — Georgia

🩺 1099 Nurse (LPN or RN)
CSRA Counties: Waynesboro, Richmond, Thomson, Lincoln
Atlanta & Surrounding Areas: Rockdale, Forsyth, Paulding, Newton, Coweta, Spalding
License: Active LPN or RN in Georgia or compact state

Compensation:
💰 $120 per nursing assessment (initials & reassessments)
Paid biweekly, based on completion and submission of documentation
Time Commitment:
Average of 4 hours per assessment
1–2 hours in-home visit
1–2 hours home documentation time
We do not require a minimum number of assessments, but due to constant changes with the program and our growth we request consistently picking up 🙂

Schedule & Flexibility:
HYBRID position — partial fieldwork, partial remote
Seeking candidates who can pick up 2–3 assessments at least 1 day per week (or more)
Assignments are strategically scheduled to minimize travel (typically no more than 30–45 minutes between clients)

Requirements:
Active LPN/RN license (GA or compact state)
Reliable computer & transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience a plus, but not required

🧾 1099 Case Manager
Compensation:
💰 $65 per case manager assessment
Approximately 15–30 minutes in client’s home and 15–30 minutes documentation time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, or related field
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience preferred, but not required
Schedule:
Seeking individuals available multiple days per week
Case load may vary weekly
