When decorating for Easter, PLEASE REMEMBER, Lilies are a big NO when you have cats at home. They can also make your dog very sick if ingested but cats are highly sensitive to all kinds of lilies. Contact with a lily in any way can cause your cat to become extremely ill without even ingesting a part of the plant. Coming in contact with just the pollen itself can be serious enough for your pet to need to see a doctor immediately. While there are many forms of lilies, one of the versions that can make your pet the most sick is unfortunately the Easter Lily.
If choosing to decorate with flowers this holiday, SKIP THE LILIES ALTOGETHER. Their beauty is not worth the pain and sickness of your pet.
