Our owner’s lessons are offered in a one-on-one format, and they take place in-store in our Bogart or Duluth locations. We also host occasional group owner classes; as a machine customer, you’re always welcome to join those at no cost, too!

Can’t make it in person? No problem — we’ll connect virtually, whether that’s a FaceTime call or quick troubleshooting over the phone. From simple fixes (like mastering the needle threader) to more in-depth questions, we’re here to help whenever you need it.
