Changing the Mindset About Mental Health, Well-Being, and Humanity in the Workforce When Simone Biles dropped out of five of the six finals in the 2020 Olympics, she received predictable backlash on social media. Even under the intense scrutiny of her decision, she went on to win a silver and bronze medal.

18 years ago I was at a really low point in my life. It also happened to be the starting point of my chrysalis. I have emerged a much more authentic, open, curious, and empathetic person.
Would I go through that low point again to be where I am today? Without a doubt.
Would I be doing what I love if I hadn't gone through it? I don't see how I could.
Was it easy? No. Real transformation rarely comes through success.
An old medieval adage has it that, "suffering is the fastest house to completion."
