In the Fall of 2025, we had the opportunity & pleasure to get involved with the renovation of the Sonesta Simply Suites in Las Vegas, NV. While it wasn’t the largest scope of work for us, we jumped at the chance to provide the desired millwork package for one of our long standing clients across the guestrooms & public area.

Within the guestrooms, our partner Five Star Architectural manufactured the custom acrylic inserts that went into the upper kitchen cabinet doors, along with the all of the base & upper cabinets/doors in the ADA guestrooms. Each of these elements were produced in accordance with the new guestroom design for Sonesta Simply Suites, featuring Wilsonart “Stickley Oak” laminate cabinets with Sherwin Williams “Mt. Etna” painted drawer stacks and accessible panels.

In the hotel’s public areas, we provided a custom millwork package that consisted of the updated Sonesta Simply Suites brand designs. Five Star Architectural manufactured the reception desk featuring stained white oak paneling, the shop cabinetry & shelving which also featured a stained white oak slat wall, the scan & pay cabinet, the meeting room & employee breakroom cabinets, the fold “on demand” kitchen cabinets, and the trim package in the fitness room.

It’s our hopes that this renovation allows for all of their guests to get a good night’s rest in “The City That Never Sleeps”.
