Stretch your spine. Maintaining a healthy back begins with simple, daily movement. Here is a quick and effective stretch you can try at home or work:
1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
2. Gently fold forward from the hips, letting your arms hang.
3. Hold for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
4. Slowly rise back up, stacking your spine from the bottom up.
