We got an emergency call from a Sugar Hill community whose pool gate and restroom door mag locks had lost power. Turned out to be a dead battery in the backup UPS -- these systems run on battery backup on purpose, so nobody gets locked in or out unsafely when the power blips.
Our technician Vinny got in, bypassed the failed UPS, and had both doors back online the same visit.
