I used MapMyRun to create a map of the course the GA Sate Cross Country Championship is run on each year This is not an official map but I think it gives a good approximation of the distance and elevation changes for the state championship meet. Note, I tried to use best tangent lines between turns, running this course midline or wide can add significant distance and time to an already long course. Also note that most of the 2nd mile is run up hill. Strategy for how to run the hills is key to success on this course.
