💙 World Maternal Mental Health Day 💙
Today, we honor the strength, stories, and support systems surrounding mothers and families across Georgia and beyond.
As President of Postpartum Support International – Georgia Chapter, I’m proud to stand alongside our Board of Directors in advancing our mission:
➡️ To increase awareness, education, prevention, and treatment of perinatal mental health challenges impacting individuals, families, and support systems across Georgia.
Maternal mental health matters and it takes all of us.
✨ Here’s how you can take action today:
✔️ Learn – Educate yourself and others about perinatal mental health
✔️ Advocate – Start conversations and help reduce stigma
✔️ Support – Make a donation to expand access to care and resources
💬 Every conversation creates change.
💙 Every share increases awareness.
🤝 Every donation supports a family in need.
Join us in building stronger, healthier communities.

To every mother carrying a child in her heart instead of her arms: you are seen, you are honored, and you are a mother. Always 💙
Today, May 3 is International Bereaved Mother’s Day, a day created in 2010 by loss mom Carly Marie Dudley in memory of her stillborn son, Christian. It’s observed the first Sunday of May as a space where bereaved mothers can be seen, celebrated, and held by community.
Whether you’ve experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or infertility, you are not alone, and PSI is here for you 🔵
