A quick update on the latest at Windows P3, to make it even more personable than ever. Actually this happened over a year ago. I received word from a friend that a competitor was advertising how some companies were using Answering Services to answer their phones. My previous background came from the answering service industry, so I knew exactly who they were talking about. The reason for using an answering service is to answer calls with a live operator 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. I researched what other companies were doing, and found out after hours their calls weren't being answered at all. So even though I offer great service in this area, I've decided to improve on it. Now all calls go directly to my personal cell phone. If possible, I answer all calls immediately. After receiving a ton of out-of-town telemarketing calls, I have decided to only answer local calls immediately. So if you are in the Atlanta area and have an out-of-town number, please leave me a message, and I will return your call as soon as possible.
