6 parts High Banks Whiskey War
1 part Cynar
1 part Bartenders Ketchup
A dash of Angostura Bitters

If someone doesn’t know what they want, I’ll usually start by asking them to pick a preferred base liquor, then narrow it down to a particular cocktail from there. Not very often, but sometimes, someone will ask for tequila, and I (sadly) have to inform them that I don’t have any….
