Our Story

Anyone who owns their own business will tell you it would not have been possible without the support of their family, friends and colleagues. That is certainly the case for Susan Pearson, owner of Pearson and Partners Real Estate.

What many business owners will be too modest to mention are the days and nights, week after week, month after month that went into building and growing that business through learned knowledge and hard earned experience. With a background in the financial and insurance industries and years of business management, Susan decided to go after a lifetime interest of hers and began her business in real estate. Her intuitive and genuine ability to connect and understand what her clients need and are looking for, have allowed her to distinguish herself amongst her peers. She is a professional yet approachable agent who creates an easy process for her clients while constantly advocating for their interests behind the scenes and making sure the whole experience is as seamless as posible for them.

Today, Susan is a Real Estate Agent/Owner with eXp Realty representing buyers and sellers in the Metro Atlanta residential real estate markets. She has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and enjoys helping her clients in the 55+ market when they are looking to upgrade, find their second home or transition into an active adult community. She also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert certification (CNE) and enjoys getting her sellers top dollar for their home and her buyers, the best deal possible for their next home.

Susan’s company continues to grow and in 2018, Susan brought in her daughter, Desiree Green, as Marketing Director and Team Manager of the company. With a degree in business and specialization in accounting plus experience in office management, marketing, banking and sales, Desiree will undoubtedly help bring Pearson and Partners to the next level. Desiree said, “My mother raised us to treat others with kindness and expected nothing but the best from us so together, she and I will do great things for our clients.”
