Emotions are like the ocean: they are very powerful, they provide momentum to initiate actions, and they ebb and flow. Most of you are probably aware of the negative side of an emotion, or raw emotionsā¦
But few know that there also is a positive side, let alone how to access it. For example, you have most probably experienced raw anger, but do you know what is the opposite or positive emotion of that raw anger? And how to get there? Especially when you are entangled in it. The expression of the raw side of an emotion is usually sharp and disturbing. As a consequence, you tend to develop safeguards to protect yourself. One of the most common safeguards is to ignore, repress or stuff our negative emotions . By doing so, you ignore, repress or stuff your negative emotions.
But, what happens when you stuff raw emotions? They are held in the body and eventually produce physical or emotional pain.

Young Living Essential oils hold vibrational frequencies that can change emotional patterns. Valor is also a great oil to use before you use other oils because it balances out the flow of energy in your nervous system. We really are giant bundles of moving molecules and energy! Essential oils travel on the nervous highways of the body, which btw change 400X PER SECOND! That means that oils can move in our bodies really fast and go where they are supposed to be.
Citrus Fresh

is a blend of a lot of citrus oils! ALL those citrus oils are "happy" oils. They make me think of happy sunshine. Citrus Fresh increases our creativity and also helps with anxious thoughts. I love that words like "give feelings of security, joy, and peace" "has properties that help with stress and irritability" and "brings about feelings of emotional balance" describe citrus oils!!

U N L I K E L Y. M A M A! If you are here itās because of a couple of things. I make Spaces and Things look beautiful, Communion is common denominator around here so if thatās your thing then HEY šš¾šš¾šš¾ or because of our four kiddos that Iām a Mama to and you are wondering how?!?
I use the term UNLIKELY MAMA because if you would have asked me 10 years ago how many kids I was going to have the answer would have been ZERO! Yep I said it, zero, not a nan nunna, zip zippity zero! š I thought Iād be the greatest Auntie of all time, traveling the world and so on and so on.
š« But GOD had other PLANS and that included adding four little people to our lives. My husband and I both love to travel and so I can remember when we took our first trip with our oldest and all the anxious things that come with it. Like what to eat, what to do, where to stay etc. I can also remember the many cities I didnāt want to visit because well to put it plain I thought I couldnāt with my kid, kids/crew.
So Iām sharing more of this and other things I had to RECLAIM once becoming a mom. *insert āreclaiming my timeā meme here š. My passion for styling is included in that.
