One thing I'm really good at is taking responsibility for my mood. I know that my thoughts determine how I feel. I can't change outside circumstances, but I can always change the thoughts I have about them, and I can always choose to reach for a better feeling thought.

This past week, the mood I have chosen is "grumpy." Sometimes I switch it out for "lonely, yet antisocial."

Hoping the massage I just got is the first step towards changing my thoughts and thereby my mood!! 😂
