Need commercial excavation near Dallas County, Texas? Proper site work is what keeps your project on schedule and helps you avoid costly issues later.

Before anything is built, everything depends on how the ground is prepared. If that part is rushed or done incorrectly, problems tend to show up down the line in delays, added costs, or structural concerns.

You might be asking yourself:

How do I know if the site is truly ready?

What happens if something gets missed early on?

Am I choosing the right contractor?

Excavation sets the foundation for everything that follows. It impacts structural stability, drainage, and how utilities are installed across the site.

Understanding what to look for early on makes a big difference. The right contractor doesnโ€™t just move dirt, they set your entire project up to run smoothly from the start.

๐Ÿฐ๐ŸŒธ Easter Weekend is Here! ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฐ

We want to wish everyone a very Happy Easter! We hope your weekend is filled with fun, laughter, and time with loved ones.

Before the weekend kicks off, here are a few quick septic remindersโ€”so the only surprises you get are from the Easter Bunny, not your system:

๐Ÿฐ Spread out water usage
If youโ€™re hosting guests, try to be mindful of how much water is being used at one time. Spacing it out helps your system keep up.

๐Ÿฐ Keep lids secure & avoid the system area
Septic lids should always be secure. While it might seem like a fun egg-hiding spot, itโ€™s best to keep guests (especially kids) away for safety.

๐Ÿฐ Watch what goes down the drain
Avoid putting food, grease, or trash down the disposal. These can clog your system and make it harder for wastewater to flow properly.

๐Ÿฐ ๐ŸŒธ Happy Easter from Total Septic! ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿฐ
