Exhaust Leaks! Just as bad as boost leaks but these affect the after-treatment (exhaust filtration system) more. Clogged DPF, constant regen, Low Regen temperatures, even DEF derates eventually. Volvo’s have this weak spot. The flex pipe likes to burn holes over time. Fix this as soon as possible so you don’t need to spend more money on DPF cleaning or even replacement.

Laptop did not connect because of a corroded wire! Communication issues like: J1939 Maintenance Required or J1587 communication issues can sometimes be just as simple as a wire!

Volvo ECM with oil intrusion. Fix oil leaks as soon as possible!!
