Someone asked us to run a batch we knew would come out wrong. Wrong material, wrong method, a timeline that would've forced shortcuts.
We said no. Not because we couldn't take the job - because we won't put our name on work that isn't right.
That one went somewhere else. Every order we do ship gets the same standard: done properly, or not at all.
If that's the shop you've been looking for, bring us the idea. Tacoma and beyond.

Every year someone asks us in December if we can still get their team gear done before the holidays. The honest answer is usually no - not because we can't make it, but because good custom work takes time.
Here's the real math: to have custom apparel, embroidery, or printed goods in hand before the holidays, order by November 6.
No fake countdown, no pressure. Just enough lead time to do it right.
Have an idea? Send it over this week and we'll tell you what's possible.
One mark, three ways. The same logo embroidered on a cap, laser-engraved into wood, and stitched into leather - the right method comes down to your material, not the newest trend. That's the part most shops skip explaining. Tell us what you want made and where it's headed; we'll match the method and run it start to finish. Bring the idea. We handle production. Tacoma, Pierce County, shipped anywhere.

A patch is a patch, right? Not quite.
One design, five decisions behind it: size, backing, border, thread, and placement. Size changes how it reads. Border and thread set the finish. Backing decides where it can actually live. Placement is the last call.
Get two of them wrong and it looks fine in the box and fails on the jacket.
Bring us the idea and we'll walk you through the calls, start to finish. We're in Tacoma, built for Pierce County.
