**Announcement 📣**

Hello everyone!

I’m excited to share that after many months of contemplating and refining my business plan, the time has finally come for me to take a bold step forward and build my very own Redken Salon! Since beginning my journey as a Redken Artist, I have realized that to maintain and nurture that vibrant culture, I need to create it myself.

I've noticed that many of my fellow Redken Artists either work at exceptional Redken Black Elite Salons or own their own, which has inspired me to pursue this vision. After extensive research on salons in our area, I've identified the elements that are essential for an outstanding experience! As most of you know, this is not my first rodeo, and has often been challenging to work in someone else’s salon after owning one myself. When I owned my first salon, I didn’t have the support that the Redken Network provides.

While I embark on this exciting build-out process, I am thrilled to announce that Salon_Sano_ has graciously offered me a position! I will officially start on April 15th, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you all. Salon Sano has a dedicated receptionist, a solid marketing plan, and convenient parking. All pf these things will make this transition period easier.

I want to reassure you that all appointments and pricing will stay the same. You can still book with me at nikkipowpow.com . The ONLY thing changing is the address! You can call the salon to book if you do not see availability on my website.

Sneak peak of my birthday branding shoot with @laurakathleen.photography 💖💖💖 AND an update: my favorite products and myself will be out of the salon April 3rd - 14th. I will have limited service as I’ll be sitting on a balcony watching the ocean pass by. I’ll be taking this time to reset and prep for my next audition tape, which will lead to hands-on classes for my peers! I’ve been running hard since @redkenpro Artist Induction. When I return on April 15th, it’s back to my regular schedule of all day Tuesday-Thursday. I want to thank you all for supporting me through this crazy life event. It’s truly been a dream come true. So far when I return I’ll be sharing my passion, behind the chair knowledge and love for Redken in 3 super talented GEORGIA salons, a Salon Centric store in Athens and a salon in Indiana. I’m so proud on the salons in my state and can’t wait to visit or revisit them! It truely has been so fulling. There’s a long list of classes I can bring to your salon.
