One of my favorite parts of this journey is creating peaceful spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience true nervous system rest.
From cozy cabins and fresh meals to massage, somatic healing, equine connection, Reiki, and sound therapy… every detail is created with intention.
This is a place to reset your body, mind, and spirit.

If you’ve been wondering what Embodied Ranch is…
this is it.
🐴 Research shows horses can synchronize heart rhythms with humans, helping bring the body back into regulation.
🐴 Being near horses can lower human heart rate and cortisol
🐴 Touch + slow interaction can activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest)
Slow, calm environments + gentle touch:
• activate the vagus nerve
• shift the body out of fight/flight
• into rest/repair
🐴 When in their presence, your body begins to respond.
Your breath slows.
Your heart rate softens.
Your guard comes down.
🐴 Horses respond instantly to tension and fear
So the human is forced to:
👉 slow down
👉 breathe
👉 become present
This isn’t just a place.
It’s co-regulation.
It’s safety.

This land exists as a space for grounding, restoration, and remembering.
Rooted in nature and guided by equine connection, therapeutic bodywork, vibrational practices, and ceremony. Embodied Ranch offers trauma-informed experiences that support nervous system regulation, integration, and reconnection to the body.
The work held here is shaped by years of hands-on practice in massage therapy, energetic healing, and embodiment. This may also include native-inspired practices that honor presence, rhythm, and respect for the earth. These experiences are supportive for those navigating stress, trauma, and PTSD, offering space to slow down, feel safely, and reconnect.
Retreats, ceremonies, private sessions, and on-site stays will unfold here in time by appointment only.
