By now you have realized that Toastmasters International is not a drinking club, it's all about public speaking and leadership. You might be wondering about checking out a meeting. You may be thinking to yourself, what's in this for me? Here are some Toastamonials from current members.

I originally came to Toastmasters to eliminate my butterflies when speaking in public. But what I learned instead, is that with a little preparation on my part and guidance from Toastmasters, I can get these butterflies to fly in formation and use that energy to make my speeches come alive.
--Kevin T.

When I started with Toastmasters International, my goal was to get in front of college students confidently. Toastmasters has done so much more than that for me! The Toast-A-Matics club itself, has given me a group of driven individuals with whom, I have been able to grow my speaking and leaderships skills, while having the camaraderie of positive people, who want everyone succeed. It's about community!
--Cristi B.

Toastmasters provides me with the tools, practice and confidence to speak publicly, to speak clearly and to learn the techniques that enhance our speaking abilities.
I still get nervous and sometimes find Table Topics daunting but I have the tools to deal with the stress so I can speak. I have made so many good friends and get a kick out of watching them grow.
I love Toastmasters and am so glad I joined.
--Peggy M.

The skills and confidence I have gleaned from Toastmasters have helped me in all aspects of life, from professional to personal. Our club is a safe and inviting space to learn and grow. The more we practice, the better prepared we are to navigate potential challenges. After all, what speech, performance or presentation ever goes exactly as planned? Together we celebrate each other’s victories and support each other through challenges, and have a good time doing it.
--Chris K.

We love to have guests attend our Thursday noon meetings. Come and see what it's all about!
