Rescue takes a village, and so many fathers and father figures play a special role in helping our pups thrive. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your willingness to lend a hand whenever it’s needed.

Happy 4 weeks old, Starter & Loaf! 🧁🧁

These darling siblings are ready to explore their world! We’ve added toys to their pen, and their puppy teeth are emerging. They’ll begin getting interested in their mom’s kibble in the coming weeks. Mom is wonderful Sourdough! Dad is unknown but also a Chihuahua/Chihuahua-mix (check out the DNA!) Starter (female, tan & white) is almost 2 lbs this week (1 pound, 15 ounces). Loaf (male, cream) is 2 pounds, 2 ounces).
