HOST HQ is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations in the hotel and short-term rental industry. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Manage emails, calendars, and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assist with agents and client communication
• Coordinate with team members and property owners
• Organize documents, reports, and operational workflows
• Help maintain smooth daily operations across multiple properties
• Perform general virtual assistant and admin support tasks

Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, Airbnb, or short-term rentals is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
• Proficient in Google Workspace, AI softwares, and general online tools

🏨 Virtual Guest Relations Associate (Remote)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Virtual Guest Relations Associate (GRA) to support hotel and short-term rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest communication via phone, email, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
• Coordinate with on-site teams (housekeeping, maintenance)
• Answer inbound calls and route them appropriately
• Maintain accurate records in PMS systems

Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, or Airbnb/STR management
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with PMS and OTA platforms is a plus
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Expectations:
• Fast response times (calls, messages)
• High accuracy in bookings and guest handling
• Professional and calm under pressure
