Whether at school, home, work or in other community groups, discussing mental health and well-being should always feel safe. It should be ok to not be ok. It should be ok to ask for help. Above The Stigma is an organization focused on having constructive discussions about depression, mental illness, trauma, isolation, hardships and other related issues. It takes a village to raise a child - let's raise them with the self-awareness to understand their mental health needs and the skills to advocate for them. In turn we will build a brighter future for all."
