BAGR TACTICAL panels are unique in the industry. One feature is the latching KYDEX stays that lock your molle gear to the tactical panel. The stay laces through the straps on you molle gear. When the stay is in place, the rivet snaps into a hole on the tactical panel, latching the gear in place.
