Another beautiful and powerful moment through our Healing Circles Program.

This session was filled with peace, reflection, connection, and renewed energy. It was truly meaningful to witness community members come in, slow down, breathe, and leave feeling uplifted, encouraged, and recharged for the week ahead.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this gathering so special. To those who were unable to attend due to the weather, we appreciate your support as well and look forward to welcoming you at an upcoming session.

Today, the City of Austin officially honors the work, the sacrifice, the faith, and the love behind the Sow Family Foundation with a lifetime proclamation.

This is more than a moment.
This is more than a document.

Today, and forever, January 22nd will be remembered as Sow Family Foundation Day here in Austin, Texas, United States 🇺🇸.

This proclamation represents resilience, service, and unwavering commitment to our community, responding to homelessness, food insecurity, mental wellness, education, refugee support, and global humanitarian work across the U.S., Africa, and South America. It represents every life touched, every meal served, every hand held, and every soul reminded that dignity, hope, and love still matter.

This isn’t just a proclamation, it’s a reminder that service creates history, and love leaves a legacy.

We accept this honor with humility, knowing it reflects the voices of those we serve, not just those standing here today. Thank you to the City of Austin, our leaders, our partners, our supporters, our family, and our community for believing in this mission and walking this journey with us.

From this day forward, every January 22nd, we remember.
We celebrate.
We recommit.
