Qualifications:

Unitized glazing experience is preferred but not required
Comply with company safety, quality control and attendance regulations
Swing stage, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift training is preferred but not required
Comfortable working at heights
Able to lift and/or move items up to approximately 75lbs regularly
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Compensation & Benefits:

$19-$30 or more hourly, depending on experience

Job Description
Join a team of tradesmen all working together to turn shipping containers into industrial storage solutions. Assembly line type work helping frame, set doors, windows, and install flooring


RESPONSIBILITIES

Carpenter duties for new construction build out of shipping containers for office and tiny house build outs. These are heavy duty steel shipping containers. We use state of the art engineering and designs to create blueprints of our soon to be indestructible tiny structures for office; commercial; residential and commercial development use. We seek carpenters who can utilize basic hand tools to work an assembly line screwing in bolts into frames. You will be required to use impact drill and hand tools.
Our shop and manufacturing are state of the art and safety is of the essence -- therefor our environment is DRUG FREE and PPE ( personal protective equipment)- hard hat- steel toes and safety glasses are always worn.

QUALIFICATIONS
Min 1 year plus Carpentry Experience
Must be reliable and have dependable transportation.
Must be able to pass drug screen

Building - Facility Maintenance Technician Hvy Electric and Plumbing

(This role is for large Regional Automobile dealership group overseeing several dealerships in Round Rock and Austin)

Skills/Qualifications: (ALL Facility Maintenance roles will require)

Read schematics and or instructions for installations. Set ups or maintenance; use measuring devices for precision cuts (tape measures; levels) ; operating standard electrical equipment ( saws; drills; ; screw guns etc.); must have basic hand tools. Possess basic carpentry fundamentals as it relates to commercial building maintenance. Including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, make ready & misc. building repairs/maintenance. Doors and door locks, from simple repairs to major yearly maintenance repainting. Also includes minor electrical (change out lights) and plumbing (repair minor leaks or change out minor fixtures) HVAC (replace filters, be able to do minor HVAC yearly checkups) - PORTER services on all facilities, keep picked up and maintained nicely– work independently and be motivated, great communication skills,

Physical Requirements:

Presentable appearance when dealing with car dealerships and their clients in common areas.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
Able to withstand 8-10 hr days standing, lifting, bending, climbing stairs and up to 15' ladders frequently.
Good eyesight (w/corrective lenses is fine) and hearing is needed
GREAT COMMUNICATION skills (written and verbal)

Ideal Candidate:

Customer oriented, including ability and desire to interact constructively with both customers and other employees on the job site
Bilingual is not necessary, but it is helpful
Enthusiastic, positive “can do” attitude a must
Must have basic hand tools and electric tools as needed (hammer tape measure etc.)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen for any position
MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DL (non-suspended)
Must have references and past job site work history most recent) pertaining to the position you are applying for
