Danzante: This organic, washed Oaxacan coffee is balanced, sweet, and surprisingly delicate. It is grown high in the southern, mountainous regions of the state and showcases warm, buttery notes along with raw cacao and hazelnut flavors. We take it to a medium level roast for good acidity and a very clean cup.⠀

El Ritual: El Ritual coffee comes from across the Chiapas region, is grown at altitudes between 900 and 1,100 meters, and is characterized by large bean sizes and a round, balanced cup. Notes of chocolate, cashews, and orange zest will surely be your morning ritual.⠀

La Laja: This single origin honey-processed coffee comes from La Laja, Tlaltetela in the Huatusco region of Veracruz exhibits complexity and balance not always present in Mexican beans. Grown at 1,130 meters and of the Caturra variety, this coffee is roasted to a medium-light like a delicate Nutter Butter.⠀
