A breathing technique you can use this weekend or any time you're feeling anxious, restless, or having trouble sleeping.
4–7–8 breathing is a quick reset that soothes your system and helps you unwind—day or night.
Inhale for 4 seconds.
Hold for 7 seconds.
Exhale for 8 seconds with a whooshing sound.
Repeat up to 4 times.
