I had to step away from the spreadsheets today before my head actually started spinning. I swapped the calculator for some abstract play, and honestly? Best decision of the week.
This color palette is a bit different from my usual bright blues and pinks, but I think I quite like it. What about you?

It’s nice to have a long weekend every now and then; a little more time to relax and play. I spent some time in my sketchbook this weekend playing with shape and color. A little relaxing respite before the chaos of the week comes calling.
How do clear your mind when life gets overwhelming?
There is something so therapeutic about the transition from a messy pencil sketch to the vibrant layers of gouache. 🎨 I’m currently exploring botanical textures for a new pattern collection. I chose these earthy greens and pops of berry red for this piece. What colors should I try for the next version of this pattern? 🎨👇
There’s something about those clean straight lines when you peel the tape off a newly finished painting. ✨
This one took me back to 2024—a chilly morning walk along the Spanish coast. It’s easily my favorite piece so far. There’s just something about that Mediterranean sunrise… 🌅
