Be prepared for medical emergencies and avoid "if I only knew" regret. I'm hosting a live bystander First Aid/CPR/AED class in Avon this Friday 6/27 10a-2:30pm for ages 15 & up. The cost is $95 and includes a downloadable digital handbook, real-life scenerios with hands-on practice, and a 2 year Pediatric-Adult First Aid/CPR/AED American Red Cross Certification. Hello Hendricks County! I'm looking to open daytime certification classes next week for bystander Child and Adult first aid/CPR/AED ($95- 4 1/2hr class) as well as Babysitter Certification with pediatric first aid and CPR ($85- 5hr class). A personal shout out to the lifeguards at Murphy Aquatic Park. My family was there today between 11:30am and 2:30pm. Guards were attentive to activities in the wave pool and kept active watch along the pool edges and slide. Their training for safety was apparent in the way they each professionally handled themselves. As a parent, I appreciated that and wanted to share.
