How it All Started for Me

I started my adventure of being self-employed quite by circumstance. I signed up for college, and within a month I started building websites for clients. It helped pay the bills at the time.

My third year in, I was told by my guidance counselor that my field (Website Design) is over saturated and that I will have a very difficult time finding a job. I didn’t want to have my own business at the time, so I tried looking for a job anyway.

Needless to say... she was right. Unfortunately, no one told me about my field. So I did what I had to and went full time as an aspiring Entrepreneur.

My disdain for the higher education system became a focal point of my next venture. I now help others leave their 9to5 with a new career path in technology, digital marketing, or website design. I’m a firm believer in the ‘mentor/apprentice’ approach to education.
