A generation of people, typically in their thirties or forties, responsible for bringing up their own children and for the care of their aging parents.

Members of the Sandwich Generation typically face unique issues in caring for an older generation and a younger generation at the same time, as well as themselves, and struggle to find the information they need.

We strive to help connect the Sandwich Generation community with this crucial information. We’ll share events, resources, and ideas, and listen to what you’re looking for. We also produce the Middle Aging Podcast, which focuses on the issues of the Sandwich Generation and brings in professionals who can share critical information in their fields, such as elder law, hospice, in-home care and daytime care, and much more.
